The Plateau Diagnostic | Suzanne Pool

Your business stopped growing.
You know it isn't strategy.

Take the Diagnostic

Find out which of the five plateau patterns is capping your business, and exactly what to do about yours.

You've done the marketing course, the new website, the hire, the coach. Each one worked for about six weeks. Then the number went flat again, and you went back to working harder, because that's the only lever you've ever really trusted.

Look, I'm going to speak straight: harder isn't the problem. You've been pulling the wrong lever with MASSIVE force. Let's find the right one.

The five patterns

Successful women plateau for one of five reasons. Not fifty. Five.

I've watched them in rooms of founders for years and they don't vary. Only the disguise does.

The ModelYour revenue is your calendar times your rate, and the calendar's full.
The MoneyYou raised your prices and gave something extra to make it feel fair. The margin never moved.
The MachineTen people on the payroll and every decision still lands on your desk. Year eight without a real holiday.
The MindYou built this to prove something. It's proved. The engine's out of fuel and you're still driving.
The BodyAmbition intact, appetite gone. You can push. You just don't want. And you've stopped telling anyone.

One of these is yours. Possibly two. Almost certainly not the one you'd guess.

What the Diagnostic does

One honest answer.

Six questions about your business, twenty-five statements you rate one to five, and no right answers. Only honest ones. At the end you get your dominant pattern, all five scored, and a straight explanation of what yours is costing you. Then five emails from me, written for your pattern, not for everyone's.

What it is not: a quiz that tells you you're wonderful. You already know that. It's the detective work from chapter five, pointed at the one thing you've never quite examined: why a woman who can build a business can't seem to make it grow.

Who it's for

Founders past $250K who've stopped growing and want to know why. If you're pre-revenue, or on your first business, you're welcome to take it, and I'll tell you honestly that the work I do isn't built for your stage yet, and point you somewhere that is.

The Diagnostic

Which of the five patterns is capping your business?

No right answers. Only honest ones. Your dominant pattern, all five scored, and a straight explanation of what yours is costing you.

Your answers are yours: used to build your result and your emails, held securely, never shared.

Your pattern, written up, is on its way to your inbox. Or download it now.

What your total means

How hard is it biting?

Your five scores add up to a total between 25 and 125. The total tells you how deep the plateau goes.

25 to 55
Drifting, not stuck. Refinement, not reinvention.
56 to 85
The plateau is real. One dominant pattern is usually pronounced. Invited to Raid the Cupboard.
86 to 125
Structural, and it's costing you. Multiple patterns firing. Invited to book a private call within 48 hours.

Small print, said plainly: your answers are yours. They're used to build your results and your emails, held securely, and never shared with anyone, including partners who send you here. That's a promise and a policy.

What you measure, moves.

You've measured revenue for years. It's time to measure the thing underneath it.

Cambridge, then an in-house lawyer at a record label, sitting in meetings with a bunch of men, usually the only woman in the room. Now I coach women who built a business that worked, watched it go flat, and want the appetite back as much as the numbers.

I wrote DISCIPLINE. I host Badly Behaved, live every Wednesday at 3pm UK. I am willing to say things other people aren't willing to say. That's part of the philosophy.
